Redemption Possibility
Online: GALERIA Gift Cards can be redeemed for orders placed in our online store at www.galeria.de, as long as the shopping cart contains only items marked "sold and shipped by GALERIA". The GALERIA Gift Card cannot be redeemed for shopping carts that are composed with or exclusively with products that are identified with "Shipping by GALERIA partner". Prepaid cards (e.g. Wunschgutschein, Amazon, etc.) and printed products are also excluded from redemption. Cash payment is not possible.

Stationary: Our GALERIA gift cards can be redeemed for purchases at all GALERIA Karstadt Kaufhof GmbH stores and at www.galeria.de. Excluded are prepaid cards (e.g. Wunschgutschein, Amazon, etc.), printed products as well as purchases in the GALERIA Markthalle, GALERIA Restaurant, GALERIA Reisen and products on www.galeria.de that are marked with "Shipping by GALERIA Partner". Cash payment is also not possible.

Please note that the vouchers that you purchase are themselves subject to separate terms and conditions.

Number of Redeemable Vouchers
Online you can use up to 5 vouchers per shopping cart, in the store you can use several vouchers at the same time.

Validity
The voucher is valid indefinitely.

Remaining Balance
You can redeem the voucher in partial amounts. Any remaining balance will remain on your voucher.

Redeeming Description
Online:
1. Put the desired products in the shopping cart.
2. Select the payment method "gift card" in the shopping cart.
3. Enter the voucher code and the PIN number of the voucher.

Stores: Print out the voucher and present it for redemption at the checkout when you make your purchase.
