9. Photocopied gift cards are considered null and void

10. Unutilised amounts will not be refunded in cash, cannot be used on a subsequent visit or replaced

11. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged

12. If misplaced Bread Street Kitchen & Bar Atlantis, The Palm and MYLIST cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card

13. MYLIST reserves the right to cancel if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains MYLIST property
