1. These terms and conditions apply to *Partner* E-Gift Cards (EGC) "Issued by Omnicard

2. By purchasing, using or redeeming the EGC, the user is agreeing to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions, as updated or modified from time to time.

3. The mobile number shared by the user at the time of purchase of the EGC must be the same as the registered mobile number for redemption of the EGC through the “Pay with Rewards” option.

4. The Partner EGCs is available as per mentioned denomination

5. EGCs can be used on the Partner’s platform mobile apps/ mobile website/ desktop website only.

6. If the order value is less than the amount of the EGC, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same EGC and can be used for subsequent transactions. EGCs cannot be exchanged for cash or credit and cannot be reloaded.

7. Once an EGC has been purchased, it is considered sold and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

8. The EGC cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

9. Partner’s maximum liability for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed the value of the EGC.

10. EGCs can be clubbed with offers running on the Partner’s platforms at the sole discretion of the Partner.

11. If the order value is more than the gift card value, the remaining balance payment can be made through other modes of payment available inside Pay with Rewards.

12. Each EGC shall be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance.

13. In cases where the order is cancelled, the EGC amount shall be refunded to the source EGC.

15. The Partner at its own discretion may withdraw issuance/redemption of EGC, without any prior notice.

16. The Partner reserves its right to amend these terms and conditions without any prior notice.

17. EGCs are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed by up to 48 working hours.

19. Partner shall not be responsible if the card is used without permission.

20. Xoxoday does not warrant that the services and products provided to the user pursuant to these T&Cs will be free of interruptions, errors, bugs, viruses or security problems.

21. The user agrees and understands that EGCs are a pre-paid payment instrument subject to RBI guidelines. Partner may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the EGC and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the EGCs and/or transaction undertaken using the EGC with RBI or such statutory authorities. Partner may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the EGC for any such information.

22. Partner reserves the right to cancel the EGC if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ('KYC') details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.

23. The user may request for the revalidation of the expired EGC. Upon receipt of such request the EGC may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.
