CoinGate Gift Cards Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The Giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Giveaway is open worldwide, except where prohibited by national or local laws.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and affiliates of the Organizer, its subsidiaries, or promotional partners, as well as their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to enter or win.

Participants must have access to a valid email address and internet connection to enter.

By entering the Giveaway, the participant (“You”) agrees to:

• Be bound by these Terms and Conditions;
• Accept the decisions of the Organizer as final and binding;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate.

• Visit the official Giveaway page (e.g., hosted via Gleam or a similar platform).
• Complete the required action(s) listed (e.g., sign up, follow on social media, etc.).
• Optional actions may grant additional entries, as specified on the Giveaway page.

No purchase is required to participate. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

Entries must be:

• Complete and truthful,
• Submitted using only one identity per participant,
• Compliant with all instructions on the Giveaway page.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate these Terms.

The prizes will consist of CoinGate Gift Cards or digital gift codes in denominations listed on the Giveaway page. The value of prizes will be clearly disclosed before the Giveaway starts.

Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value in case of unavailability.

All prize-related expenses not specified (such as taxes or fees, if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Winners will be selected by a random draw conducted by the Organizer or automated system. Winners will be contacted via email or the method of communication used to enter the Giveaway.

Winners must respond within 3 calendar days of notification to claim the prize. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, is ineligible, or does not comply with the Terms, the Organizer may select an alternate winner.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion if there is any indication of:

• Fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to identity misrepresentation, use of fake accounts, or submission of false information;
• Use of multiple accounts, email addresses, identities, or devices to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or anonymizing technologies to mask identity or bypass geographic or entry restrictions;
• Abnormal or suspicious activity patterns based on IP address, login history, or device/browser fingerprinting;
• Entries submitted via automated systems, bots, scripts, or any non-human methods;
• Attempting to tamper with or manipulate the entry process, Giveaway system, or platform functionality.

Any participant found to be engaging in such behavior will be disqualified without notice. The Organizer also reserves the right to take legal action and/or report the activity to relevant authorities in the case of serious abuse or fraud.

By entering the Giveaway, you agree:

• That any content you submit (e.g., images, text, videos) is your original work and does not infringe any third-party rights;
• To grant the Organizer a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, publish, reproduce, and promote your submitted content, name, likeness, and comments for marketing and promotional purposes in any medium, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, by entering the Giveaway you agree that the Organizer and its affiliates shall not be held liable for:

• Any personal injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation;
• Technical failures of any kind;
• Lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete entries;
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseeable disruptions.

Your data will be processed in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Policy.

• Data will only be used for Giveaway administration and necessary communications.
• Data will not be sold or shared with third parties unless required for prize fulfillment or legal compliance.
• Data will be stored securely and retained for up to 3 years unless legally required to be kept longer.

If the Giveaway is hosted on a third-party platform (e.g., Gleam), that platform is not affiliated with, does not sponsor, and is not liable for this Giveaway. Participants provide their information to the Organizer and not to the platform.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, or any other social platform.

The Organizer reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time due to technical failure, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances;
• Amend these Terms at any time with or without notice.

By participating in the Giveaway, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions;
• Accept them in full;
• Are legally eligible to participate and receive any prize awarded.
