Gifted.PH will verify all orders before processing. The gift certificate is valid five (5) business days after receiving gift notification. It can be redeemed by informing merchant during your booking queries at info[at]unchartedphilippines[dot]com. Contact Merchant at least one week before the desired tour/ service date. It has no expiry date, is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, is for one time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts. Unused amounts will be forfeited. Extra charges will apply to items purchased in excess of the value of the gift certificate. Only one GC per person can be used to avail of a tour or service. Both Gifted.PH and the merchant are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificate. The Merchant is responsible for the quality of their own products and services. If the tour/ service cost is greater than the GC value the difference must be paid directly to Uncharted Philippines via cash or credit card. Prices in USD will be converted to PHP according to the exchange rate stated by the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas on the day that the GC recipient presents the GC to Uncharted Philippines. Our dive masters are VERY strict about marine protection and will not tolerate any destruction or abuse of marine life or habitat. To be safe, appreciate with your eyes and not your hands. This will also keep you from inadvertently touching a venomous creature; Be aware of your flight schedule ? do not dive within 24 hours before a flight.
