We process your personal data to perform the Gift Card Purchase Transaction on your behalf and deliver the Gift Card to you as part of our service as described below:

E-mail address, gift card order details (selected product, amount, quantity, region where the Gift Card will be used, timestamp of the order), order ID, transaction ID, selected payment method, transaction reference and payment status, amount, currency and timestamp of the payment, SEPA specific data (payment sender’s name (if available), IBAN or other account identifier (if provided in transfer), payment reference field, time of payment receipt), when purchasing as a gift - recipient’s name, recipient’s e-mail address, message (optional). How long do you store my information?

- We store information related to the provision of Gift Card purchase services for 10 years from the date of the end of business relations with the client.
- For managing our recruiting and processing employment applications we will retain the information that we have obtained via our recruitment processes for as long as necessary to evaluate the application and in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations. Furthermore, we may ask for your consent to retain your information for some time after we have evaluated your application.
