I had several issues with some purchases I made (via cryptocurrency) on a website that uses CoinGate. The fault was mine for the most part, as I used an exchange to transfer funds, instead of my personal wallet. The transactions were delayed and did not arrive in the allotted time, After reading further into the issue, I realized CoinGate advised against this. When I reached out to support, with little hope, I was greatly surprised! One particular customer service agent, named “Jurgita” was amazing and extremely helpful! She went above and beyond, even researching further into the issue for me, and answering my every question. She should be recognized for her excellent customer service! I’m amazed at the level of individual support and care she took to look into the problem and resolved them (there were several of them) completely! I am Extremely satisfied with the results, and it has renewed my faith in any issues I might encounter in the future with blockchain. When going through CoinGate, you can rest easy. Their support team is one of a kind.
