The Luxe Gift Card, brought to you by Pine Labs Private Limited, holds a validity of 12 months from the purchase date.
Redeem your Luxe Gift Card at over 30 participating brands across India. To find a nearby location, visit - https://luxegiftcard.com/pages/store-locator. However, airport stores are excluded from redemption locations.
The Luxe Gift Card is designed for a single-use only.
Should the merchandise value surpass the gift card amount, the bearer is required to cover the difference. The Luxe Gift Card does not permit refunds or credit notes for any unused portions.
Ensure the safety of your Luxe Gift Card to prevent unauthorized use. Neither RBL nor Pine Labs Private Limited will bear responsibility if the PIN is stolen or compromised; no replacement or refund will be provided by RBL in such cases.
You have the flexibility to use multiple Luxe Gift Cards in one transaction.
Post issuance, the Luxe Gift Card cannot be cancelled or blocked.
Redemption of the Luxe Gift Card is allowed only on full-priced merchandise.
