CoinGate Gift Cards Accounts: Sign In and See Your Order History

Follow CoinGate Gift Cards on Google
Summary: CoinGate Gift Cards now has accounts. Sign up with your email address or Google, and every gift card you buy or receive shows up in one order history, with its status, amount, recipient and a direct link back to the redeem page. No more searching your inbox for an old confirmation email to find a code.
- Sign up or log in with an email address or a Google account, from My account in the top bar.
- Order history lists the gift cards you bought and the ones you received as gifts.
- Each order shows its number, date, status, amount, what you paid and who it was sent to.
- A Go to Redeem Page button takes you straight back to an order's codes.
Until now, every order lived in your email. That works fine for one gift card, but less so when you are looking for a code you bought three months ago, checking whether a gift ever arrived, or following up on a refund. Accounts put all of that in one place.

1. How to Create Your Account
Setting up takes under a minute:
- Click My account in the top right corner, next to the cart.
- Choose Continue with Google, or enter your email address and select Continue.
- If you are new, select Sign up at the bottom of the form and follow the prompts to confirm your email.
- Once you are in, your account page shows which email you are signed in with, and your orders sit under the Orders tab.
Signing in with Google skips the email step entirely, and coming back later is the same two clicks.

2. Your Order History in One Place
The Orders tab is the heart of the account. Every order appears as its own entry, with the details you would otherwise have to dig out of a confirmation email:
- Order number and date, so you can match an order to a payment or quote it to support.
- Status, which tells you at a glance whether an order is still processing, completed or being refunded.
- Amount and the price you paid, including any part covered by a voucher or promo code.
- The items in the order, so a basket of several gift cards stays together.
- Who the order was sent to, for gift cards bought for someone else.
Longer histories are split into pages with simple previous and next controls, so even a few years of orders stay easy to scan.

3. Gifts Sent and Gifts Received
Gift orders carry a label, so you can tell your own purchases apart from presents. Cards you bought for someone else are marked Sent as gift, along with the address they went to. Cards someone bought for you show up too, marked Received as gift.
That makes it simple to confirm a present was delivered without asking the recipient, and to find a card a friend sent you even after the original email is long gone.
4. Back to Your Codes in One Click
Each order has a Go to Redeem Page button that opens the redemption details for that order directly. If you bought a card months ago and only now want to use it, this is the fastest way back to the code.
If something about an order looks wrong, the Contact support link sits right next to it, so you can raise the issue with the order already identified.
5. What Each Order Status Means
- Pending: the order has been created and is waiting for payment to be confirmed.
- Processing: payment is in and the gift cards are being issued.
- Completed: the order has been delivered and the cards are ready to redeem.
- Failed: the order could not be completed.
- Refundable: the order qualifies for a refund.
- Refund requested: your refund request has been received and is being handled.
- Refunded: the refund has been issued. When the money lands depends on your bank or payment provider.
- Rejected: the order or request was not approved. Use the support link on the order for details.
6. Keeping Your Account Safe
Your account now holds the history of your gift cards, so a few basics are worth a minute:
- If you sign in with Google, your account is only as secure as your Google login, so turn on 2-step verification there.
- Use Sign out on your account page when you are on a shared or borrowed device.
- Avoid managing orders over open public Wi-Fi, or use a VPN such as Surfshark when you have to.
- Treat redeem codes like cash. Anyone who asks you to read one out or send a screenshot is not someone you should be paying.
Where to Start With Your Account
Accounts follow the redesign we shipped last month, covered in our September updates. The easiest way to try one is to sign in before your next checkout, so the order lands in your history from the start.
Ready when you are: create your account and your next gift card will be waiting under Orders.
