How to Buy Robux With Apple Pay on iPhone, iPad and Web

Summary: On iPhone and iPad, buying Robux in the Roblox app is an Apple in-app purchase, so it is charged to the payment method on your Apple Account, including cards you use with Apple Pay. On a computer, Roblox's website shows its own payment options. If you want Apple Pay everywhere, buy a Roblox gift card with Apple Pay and redeem it on any device.

• In the iOS app, Robux purchases go through your Apple Account.
• You confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your password.
• App Store prices can be higher than web prices for the same Robux.
• Roblox gift cards work across iPhone, Android, PC, Mac and Xbox.

How to Buy Robux With Apple Pay on iPhone or iPad

• Open the Roblox app and sign in.
• Tap the Robux icon and choose a package.
• Confirm the Apple purchase sheet with Face ID, Touch ID or your password.
• The Robux appear in your balance within seconds.

The charge goes to whichever payment method is set on your Apple Account. To make sure it uses a particular card from your Wallet, open Settings, tap your name and choose Payment and Shipping.

Buying Robux on a Computer

On roblox.com, checkout shows the payment options Roblox supports in your country, which usually include cards and PayPal. Phone-wallet options depend on the browser and region, so they may not appear. Web prices are often better value than the app store, because they avoid platform fees.

Using Apple Pay to Buy a Roblox Gift Card Instead

A Roblox gift card bought with Apple Pay can be redeemed at roblox.com/redeem on any device, including Android and Xbox. Depending on the card, it adds Robux or credit you can convert to Robux or Premium. Our guide on how to buy Robux compares every route by price.

Stopping Surprise Robux Charges

If a child plays on your Apple device, turn on Ask to Buy through Family Sharing or require a password for every purchase in Screen Time. Roblox also has its own parental controls for spending limits. A fixed-value gift card is another easy cap, because the child can only spend what is on it.

Other Mobile Games, Same Idea

Many other mobile games let you top up outside the app store using your player ID. Services such as Codashop handle those top-ups, and prices are often lower than the equivalent in-app purchase.

Choosing the Cheapest Way to Pay

In-app Apple purchases are the most convenient. A gift card bought with Apple Pay gives the same convenience at checkout, works on every platform and keeps spending to a fixed amount.

To pay that way, get a Roblox gift card.
