What an Airbnb Gift Card Covers

In most countries, Airbnb gift credit can be used for homes, Experiences and Services. The exception is Europe: gift cards bought in the European Economic Area and Switzerland can only be used to book accommodation.

Gift credit cannot be used for Resolution Center payments, damage claims, or buying other gift cards. If a booking paid with gift credit is canceled, any refund goes back to your gift card balance rather than to a bank card.
