A person gifted with a voucher to Hotel Art may use it for any services in accordance with the current price list. Wanting to redeem the voucher, the recipient should agree in advance with the hotel which services are to be provided. There is a possibility of a surcharge on the spot.

The value of the voucher will be assigned to the service at the time of purchase. It is possible to make an additional payment on the spot, but if the full amount is not used, the rest of the value of the voucher will not be refunded.
