Gift card Fit Unicorns

Improves figure, increases body flexibility

Although it looks very sensual, it is not an erotic dance. Its essential elements are agility, balance and acrobatic elements performed on a metal vertical bar. This gymnastic and dance activity improves muscle strength, makes the body more flexible and slims the figure. It teaches control of the body and sensuality. Unlike pole dancing, which is well-known from TV shows and series, pole dancing has a sporting foundation, the secrets of which the person receiving the voucher will learn or develop during classes at the Fit Unicorn dance studio.

For beginners and advanced

Pole dance training involves all parts of the body - from the wrists, through the shoulders, abdomen and buttocks to the feet. Staying on the pole without touching the ground requires work on balance and coordination, and practicing barefoot additionally has a positive effect on the whole body. At Fit Unicorn, your loved one will find classes for every level - whether you're a beginner or more advanced like PoleART. Give her a surprise that will surprise her and additionally improve her fitness - strengthening her muscles, making her spine more flexible and beautifying her figure!
