You can redeem the voucher online at www.hansenobst.de.Please note that the vouchers that you purchase are themselves subject to separate terms and conditions.

Number of Redeemable Vouchers
One voucher redeemable per order. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts.

Validity
The voucher is valid for 3 years.

Remaining Credit
The voucher value must be redeemed in full when ordering. Unfortunately, remaining credit cannot be saved for future orders.

Terms of Delivery
Without specifying a desired delivery date, the delivery time is usually one day. If you order from us by 2 p.m., we will deliver the next day. If you specify a desired delivery date, the shipment will be made 1 day before this date. Please note that due to our high standards of quality and freshness, no delivery takes place on Sundays, public holidays or Mondays.

Redemption Description
1. First add your desired fruit box with packaging of your choice, along with a personal greeting - if you desire - to the cart.

2. Go directly to the your cart (symbol with shopping basket at the top right corner) and enter your voucher code in the appropriate field below the contents of your cart. This is automatically offset against the total amount of your order.

3. Then go to the checkout and enter your contact details and the recipient’s address.

4. Select the payment method of your choice and click on the button on the bottom right to see a summary of your order details. Here you can check all the information again and, if necessary, also specify your desired delivery date.

5. Agree with our terms of service and complete your order.
