Paragliding flight lasts about 7-20 minutes and starts on the cliffs in the vicinity of Tricity: Władysławowo, Jastrzębia Góra, Orłowo, Mechelinki, Nowe nad Wisłą, Starogród, Nowe Marzy near Wdzydze Tucholskie.
Contraindications for a paragliding flight are heart disease, mental illness, epilepsy.

Paragliding flight starts on the cliffs near Tricity or the airport in Przywidz/Katarynki and lasts 10-20 minutes, depending on weather conditions. On the cliffs the flights are longer 15-20 minutes, most often the flights are made at about 50 meters above the cliff, but over the picturesque Przywidz much higher, at an altitude of 350 m - unfortunately, it is not always possible to stay that long hence the flight can last from 7-20 minutes.
