We’re delighted to introduce our latest and one of the biggest merchants so far – Hostinger, the well-known web hosting company. From now on, Hostinger will accept cryptocurrency payments for their services through CoinGate.

CoinGate welcomes Hostinger!

The mass adoption of cryptocurrencies is growing day by day and there are some industries like domain or web hosting that adopt cryptocurrencies rapidly than others. Hostinger will be the leading example of this statement.

With this new development, Hostinger will be able to attract new customers and sales by joining the massive crypto marketplace, which is currently valued at around  $2 trillion. Hosting services are especially popular among crypto holders and their services are among the most often sought-out products by CoinGate users.

CoinGate gives everything we expect from a crypto payment provider. There is a vast selection of cryptocurrencies, an easy payment flow with all the details needed for the customers to complete transactions seamlessly. All these elements are packed into a brilliant UI.”-  Hostingers’ Head of Payments Gediminas Griška stated.

“As cryptocurrencies are becoming more and more popular, we believe it is important to offer them to our customers. While the crypto world might be a bit complicated, choosing the right partner is necessary. That’s why we choose CoinGate. Not only do we have the option to offer different types of cryptocurrencies, but we are also able to control the volatility risk by converting crypto to fiat instantly, which is one of CoinGate’s features we enjoy the most.” – Gediminas continued.

Dmitrijus Borisenka, CEO of CoinGate, commenting on this partnership, added:

“The fundamental idea of cryptocurrency is to erase the burden of cross-border payments. In the world of e-commerce that was a missing piece for way too long. Independently of where the shoppers are coming from – one single payment integration allows collecting payments seamlessly. Hostinger is a company that became a global phenomenon. Therefore it’s a huge opportunity for CoinGate to demonstrate how well we can help our partner to increase payment flows, decrease shopper friction, and improve conversions”

The web-hosting giant will leverage one of CoinGate’s key strengths – a wide variety of supported cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, and more than 50 other digital assets. The abundance of various currencies will let Hostinger broaden its crypto customer base, and receive cross-border payments from users all around the world. The option to pay with cryptocurrency will be available for all Hostinger locales, including .com, .es, and many others.

The inherent values of blockchain technology will enable Hostinger to operate extremely efficiently as their customers could now purchase their services from anywhere in the world instantaneously as long as they are connected to the Internet.
